The news about Altman’s firing from OpenAI came out as a blowout throughout the Internet, leaving people stunned about the board’s decision. However, later on, the startup was pressured by the board members and the employees to reappoint Altman, but with the failed negotiations, Altman wasn’t reappointed for the role.

As this news goes on! OpenAI’s ChatGPT has got their third new CEO, Emmet Shear, who was appointed as the new interim CEO after Mira Murati was also replaced as the interim CEO. Mira Murati is expected to return to her previous role as Open AI’s chief technology officer.
The CEO change in just three days has brought many disruptions in the technology world. Alongside Altman, Greg Brockman, another co-founder of OpenAI, was also fired alongside Sam Altman, and even Brockman is expected to join Microsoft alongside him in Microsoft.
